Person of Interest in Sex Investigation Found Dead in Pool

A man whom Phoenix police were looking for as a person of interest in an investigation into unlawful sexual conduct with a minor has been found dead at the bottom of a pool in a backyard near the 7000 block of West Taylor Street.

UPDATE:
The man has been identified as 58-year-old James Ziarnick and his residence has been listed as near 75th Avenue and Van Buren Street.

Post Office Won’t Serve Phoenix Neighborhood Because of Stray Dogs

Phoenix postal service employees will no longer service a neighborhood near McDowell and 28th Street because of the number of stray dogs. Postal Service spokeswoman Julie Utley said that three carriers have been bitten in that neighborhood in the last year and that she believes people are dumping stray dogs near the canal.

Flight to Phoenix From St. Louis Delayed Due to Threat
