22-year-old Whitney Williams was arrested by Phoenix police on suspicion of pimping a 17-year-old girl. Phoenix police replied to an ad on Backpage.com and arranged for an undercover officer to have sex with a 20-year-old for $800. This woman admitted to police that the apartment belonged to Williams who had also posted ads for a 17-year-old girl.
