Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon was checked into Banner Good Samaritan Hospital on Tuesday after complaining about tightness in his chest.

A spokesman for Gordon says it was just a precautionary measure.

Jeff Gordon, the son of Phoenix mayor Phil Gordon and a Phoenix police officer, was suspended from his job for for days for having sex while working and touching a co-worker inappropriately.

Instead of serving the suspension he was allowed to use his vacation hours.

Jeffrey Gordon, son of the mayor of Phoenix, has been suspended by the Phoenix police force for touching the breasts if a city employee while he was on duty. It was also revealed that Gordon had previously had sexual contact with the employee of an apartment complex while on duty in 2007.
