39-year-old Trent Christopher Benson was convicted of killing two prostitutes and sexually assaulting two other women. Benson had stated that he murdered and assaulted his victims because he was angry at the amounts they were charging for sex.

Phoenix police officers found an injured woman early Sunday morning on a sidewalk near 31st Avenue and Van Buren. She later died at a Phoenix hospital. Phoenix police are asking for help identifying the woman.

A Scottsdale resident found the bodies of a man and a woman near the front door of McCormick Ranch near the 8000 block of East Del Trigo. Scottsdale police spokesman Mark Clark stated that there were obvious signs of trauma on the bodies.

Although Scottsdale police have yet to identify the bodies, the homeowners are listed as Steven and Pamela Lester of Rapid City, South Dakota.
