i am in urbana ill. I have rented from Bz managment .I was in the apartment #7 2018 fletcher we had not had problems with bites .I moved up to # 20 2018 fletcher and I started getting bittenon my side of my legs it almost looked like when you get a blister nope black little bug tipe things came out puss (gross left leg same .then one morning i though that i had ace nope I had seen more of this the bug or whatever it was was know taking me as there host I flt teribale (no energy ,tired ,itching not wanting to do anything ..well before i moved into #20 ther was this guy that moved out and nasty mantnece said they clean carpet cleande evrything nope but still gotten paid for the labor .what shall I do about this landlord says me busy me busy and puts up his hand like hitler

It may now be time for hotels to have a paragraph (small print) on their sign-in form which states that our hotel continues to stand on its reputation of excellence. All care is taken to make sure your stay is a pleasure, and we commend ourselves on our cleanliness and good service. However we also feel that in this day and age it would be irresponsible of us to guarantee that no insect could be found in any room or on the premises.

I think they need to emphasize the care they take while still not guaranteeing that some things are not humanly possible, then I would fire the person managing that particular hotel where the bugs were found and make sure the place is as clean as possible. If not then they deserve to be sued. If you take my advice I’d really appreciate a stay in one of your top hotels which includes all the extra’s. (humor)Thanks, CJ
