Ralph A. Brandt, of the Third Position Party of Grand Forks, ND, has filed papers to run for Mesa city council District 3 seat. According to Brandt, his party represents the “ethnic interest of White people”.

Marijuana Found In Corporation Commission Building

An employee at the Corporation Commission building was cleaning the private commissioners’ private shower area when he discovered a small amount of marijuana with loose change. Capitol police have identified the substance as marijuana and are investigating.

Hundreds Expected to Protest SB1070 Before All Star Game

Gabrielle Giffords Leaves Hospital

Rep. Gabrielle Giffords was released Wednesday from a Houston hospital. She is expected to remain in Houston to continue outpatient treatment at TIRR Memorial Hermann.

Giffords was shot by a lone gunman January 8th at a meeting with constituents outside a Tucson Safeway grocery store. Six people were killed in the shootings and another 13 were injured.
