The defense for Mark Goudeau, the man suspected in the nine murders attributed to the Baseline Killer, is expected to give closing arguments on Tuesday. Goudeau has pleaded not-guilty to all nine killings.

Scottsdale police say two burglars stole property from a north Scottsdale home including an iPhone over the weekend.

Using the iPhone’s remote GPS tracking, they were able to follow their vehicle and make an arrest. A Mesa man, Raul Montiel, and a Gilbert man, Damien Armour, were arrested and booked into the Scottsdale jail.

Phoenix firefighters had to extricate the driver from the wreckage of a car wreck near Elliot and Hacienda Roads. The driver was airlifted to a Phoenix hospital.
