Chandler police know that both Orlando Nembhard and his twin brother were present at a Chandler dance hall when 19-year-old Xavier Brooks was killed and they believe one of them pulled the trigger but they don’t know which one. Maricopa County prosecutors are now asking that charges be dropped against Orlando Nembhard.

Mesa Man Arrested After Exposing Himself at Traffic Light In Scottsdale

Mesa resident Austin Schreuer was arrested in Scottsdale Thursday morning after two men spotted him exposing himself at a traffic light near Hayden Road and McDonald Drive.

After being interviewed by police he was arrested for indecent exposure and public sexual indecency.

30-Year-Old Tempe Man Found Dead in Pool

A Tempe police spokesperson has announced that the body of a 30-year-old man was found floating in a pool at a home along the 1,000 block of West La Jolla Saturday morning.

Police say there is no evidence of a crime and are still looking into details.

Las Cruces New Mexico Has an Irish Pub; Phoenix Man Finds it Boring and Opens Fire

23-year-old David O. Velasquez Jr wasn’t entertained at the Las Cruces Dublin’s Street Pub and fired his .40 caliber handgun at or from a moving vehicle.

Officers arrived on scene and found five spent shell casings on Wisconsin Avenue, behind the pub, and located the Hummer in the pub’s parking lot. Velasquez was with friends inside the pub but was detained as he attempted to walk away from the area.
One of the passengers inside the Hummer told police that Velasquez fired several rounds from the vehicle because he was bored and wanted to shoot his gun. It appears that he did not have an intended target and no injuries were reported.
Officers obtained permission to search the Hummer, where they found a .40-caliber handgun under a floor mat in the rear seat area. Velasquez was transported to the Dona Ana County Detention Center with bond set at $5,000.

30-year-old Juan Pablo Mateo Monzoon has been booked for second degree attempted murder along with other charges after shooting man during a fight at Mateo Monzoon’s apartment. The victim, Everardo Lopez-Esquivel, is not expected to survive the shot to the head in which case the charges will be upgraded to murder.
