Two teenage boys planned Amber Hess murder
The Pinal County Sheriff’s office believes two teenage boys, both of whom are in custody, planned the murder of Amber Hess. Investigators say 16-year-old Todd Hoke and 16-year-old killed Amber last Friday or Saturday (June 22nd or June 23rd). The boys then stole Amber’s car and burned her body.

Hess’s mother described Hoke as a close family friend who her daughter considered a close friend until a recent argument.
