A Valley woman was arrested this morning for talking the man whom’s shed she was living in, into being tied up. She then told him that she “likes to drink blood”, continued to do so after cutting him with a knife.

The man freed himself ran out of his home as she chased him with a pickaxe. A friend found the man covered in blood and called the police.
