A young man was standing outside the store/gas station on 48th st. & Broadway South West corner, He was between 20 & early 30”s years of age, he was wearing a semi blue dress shirt ~ long sleeve and a baseball cap, As he walked pass by truck I turned to look at his hair it was short and very curly like an African American but he didn’t look African American…. he reminded me of someone I had seen so I took the color & name of the truck he got into, Black & White on the side it read Tri Rentals I was able to get some of the license plate number. 385817 09/20/2006 I went to buy an Ice Tea a little after 3:00pm.
