Francisco Antonio Moreno, an apparently homeless man, has been charged with suspicion of burglary, attempted sexual assault, robbery, kidnapping, and aggravated assault after breaking into a Chandler house and assaulting a woman with a hatchet while attempting to sexually assault her.

Man Dies While Hiking In White Tank Mountains

21-year-old Justin William Rodriguez died Sunday morning while hiking in the White Tank Mountains west of Phoenix. Although Rodriguez was the only hiking fatality last weekend emergency crews performed emergency rescues twice on Piestewa Peak and once on Pinnacle Peak. More from MyFoxPhoenix.
