Troon North Golf Club's New Monument and New Pinnacle
are on every golfer's shortlist of courses to play.
Located in the high desert north of Scottsdale, the New
Monument and New Pinnacle courses wrap around Pinnacle Peak. Both courses
are classic link styles with layouts playing through 100 year old saguaro
cactuses, desert washes, and giant boulders and rock formations. These
beautiful desert surroundings offer a sharp contrast to the fairways,
which are in better condition than the greens on other courses.
Each course offers uniquely distinct experience.
New Monument is named after the giant granite rock in
the middle of the course and coming into play on the 10th hole. While
general consensus names New Monument the more difficult course, New
Pinnacle is no easy 18. New Pinnacle is known for sharp elevations changes
with many tees sitting above the fairyways.
New Monument has been acclaimed by virtually every major
golf publication. These include Golf Digest, Golf Magazine, and Golfweek.
All of which call New Monument a must-play. New Pinnacle, while less
reknowned, was named #42 on Golf Magazine's "Top 100 Courses for
$200" and "The Best New Upscale Course in Arizona" by
Golf Digest.
The Troon North Golf Club offers the finest amenities.
