The Eggery Restaurant

The Eggery has the standard breakfeast and a limited lunch menu consisting mostly of light sandwiches. They also have a dishes that are distinctly Southwest such as the Wildcat Scramble (named after Tucson's University of Arizona mascot - the Wildcat). The Wildcat Scramble is a skillet of eggs, chorizo, onions, chiles, salsa, refried beans and cheese served on a bed of sliced tortillas.
The Central Phoenix location is frequented by a young and gay-friendly crowd. The 44th Street Eggery's crowd is more traditional but nevertheless friendly.
