There are two restaurants called Wineburger in Phoenix - one on 16th Street and one on 19th Avenue. Both have, at times, claimed to be the original Wineburger. These reviews are of Harvey's on 16th St and Camelback.

#1: Harvey's is a dive bar that serves good and cheap hamburgers. They also serve standard bar fare - sandwiches, chicken wings, brats and fries. The burgers are sauteed in wine poured delicately over them from a gallon bottle of cheap burgundy. But they're great. Check em out.
